Marriage Diary provides venue information, pricing details, and booking support. Listings are added only after taking permission from the respective venue owner/manager.

2. Eligibility
To use Marriage Diary, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a contract under applicable laws in India.
3. User Account & Registration
To access certain features such as booking requests, wishlist, or saved venues, you may need to register an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activities performed under your account
Marriage Diary is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

Make advance booking payments (if applicable)

Marriage Diary acts as an intermediary between users and venue owners/managers.
5. Booking Policy (Wedding Halls / Venues)
Booking availability shown on the Platform may not always reflect real-time availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Payment is completed (if required), and
The venue owner/manager accepts the booking request.
Venue owners may reject booking requests due to unavailability, scheduling issues, or operational reasons.
Marriage Diary is not liable if a venue owner rejects a booking request.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on Marriage Diary are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other providers.
Marriage Diary does not store sensitive payment details such as:
Debit/Credit card number
CVV
UPI PIN
Net banking passwords
Marriage Diary is not responsible for failed transactions due to:
Bank issues
Payment gateway technical errors
Internet/network issues
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds depend on the venue’s cancellation rules and booking conditions.
Refund approval depends on the venue owner’s decision and booking terms.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the payment gateway and may take 5 to 10 working days depending on the bank/payment method.
Marriage Diary does not guarantee refunds unless confirmed by the venue owner/manager.
8. Venue Owner / Partner Responsibility Disclaimer
Marriage Diary is a platform that provides listings and booking support. We do not directly manage or control the wedding halls, banquet venues, or hotels listed unless explicitly mentioned.
Marriage Diary does not guarantee:
Service quality of venues
Venue staff behavior
Venue condition or maintenance
Pricing accuracy at all times
Availability at the time of booking
The venue owner/manager is solely responsible for fulfilling the booking and providing the agreed services.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Provide false booking details
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Post misleading reviews or spam
Upload harmful or illegal content
Attempt hacking, data theft, or system abuse
Use the platform for illegal activities
Marriage Diary may suspend or permanently terminate your account if such activities are detected.
10. Reviews, Ratings & User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or feedback. By submitting content, you grant Marriage Diary a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and publish such content for marketing and service improvement.
We reserve the right to remove content that is:
Fake or misleading
Abusive or offensive
Illegal or harmful
Violating platform rules
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, design, code, text, images, and branding on Marriage Diary are the intellectual property of Marriage Diary unless otherwise stated.
